Horned Frogs like to start off the happiest season with a bang—literally. Fireworks, hot cocoa and Super Frog Santa make the annual tree lighting celebration Fort Worth's must-do holiday event. And it's free and open to the public, so everyone can share the joy.
No celebration is complete without music! Americana band Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors provided a classic Christmas soundtrack for this year's tree lighting.
There wasn't a *real* snowflake to be seen, but fir trees, candy canes and a lot of hard work from the Student Affairs team transformed the King Family Commons into a the perfect backdrop for wintertime community building.
Each December for more than 40 years, the TCU community has gathered together in Robert Carr Chapel to sing carols and celebrate the season.
